It is the policy of Forsythe (“Forsythe”) to protect personal privacy. Because your use of
Forsythe’s websites (all web pages of Forsythe dealing with anything related to Forsythe are
hereinafter referred to as the “Sites”) indicates your acceptance of the Forsythe Privacy Policy,
please review this Privacy Policy carefully. Forsythe may change this Privacy Policy at any
time by posting revisions to the Forsythe Site. This Privacy Policy shall be applicable to
any person or entity who directly or indirectly inputs information into or on the Site (“Users”),
and all information input into or on the Site. Terms defined in the Terms of Use shall have
the same meaning in this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Forsythe is the sole owner of the information collected on this Site. We use collected information
to setup or improve the Site, and we may use collected information to contact Users for a variety
of reasons, including, without limitation to obtaining information from Users regarding their
use of the Site and Services and ways we can improve the Site, and to send information to them
regarding us, our services, or our friends or partners, such as promotions and events.
We use our information in ways we determine appropriate in our sole discretion, and we reserve
the right to do so. We do not, however, share e-mail addresses with third parties. Also,
we will not sell or rent personal identification information to anyone and we will not disclose

Forsythe collects information from our Users at several different points on our site.
REGISTRATION
In order to post or transmit information or data, or provide for the posting or transmitting by
Staff Members, or use this site, a User must first complete the registration form.
During registration, a User is required to give contact information, including but not limited to name, address and phone number. This information is used to contact the User or the Customer, whom a User represents or is affiliated with, about the services on our Site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the User to provide demographic information, but encouraged so we can provide a more useful personalized experience on our Site to all Users.
ORDER
We request information from the User on our Site in order to process any order or purchase.
Here, a User must provide contact information, including but not limited to name and shipping
address and financial information, including but not limited to credit card number and expiration
date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have
trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the User,
or a Customer with whom a User is affiliated or represents.
Forsythe may use a third party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This
intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store,
retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.
COOKIES
Forsythe employs the use of "cookies" to collect information about Customers, Staff Members,
Visitors and other users and their use of the Site. "Cookies" are small computer files that
Forsythe transfers to your computer's hard drive that allow Forsythe to know how often you
visit the Site and the activities you conduct while on the Site. Third parties, such as
advertisers, may also use Cookies when you select their advertisements or links from the Site.
However, we have no access to or control over these Cookies. Usage of a Cookie is in no way
linked to any personally identifiable information while on our Site.
LOG FILES
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track User's movement, and gather
broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally
identifiable information.
SHARING
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not
linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We partner with other parties to provide for specific services. When the User signs up for these
services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for third party
affiliates to provide these services.

for the privacy practice of such other site. We encourage our Users to be aware when they

personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information
collected by this Site.
CORRECTING/UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
If a User's personally identifiable information changes, or if a User no longer desires our
service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal
data provided to us.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your
identity before granting access or making corrections.
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW
This Privacy Policy is subject to requirements of applicable law and may not review, share,
distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the ForsytheAppraisals.com Terms
of Service, or as may be required by law. We will only view or access individual records with
your permission (for example, to resolve a problem or support issue). The only exception is
when we are required by law. Of course, Users are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords.
