Q. How do I order an appraisal?
A. To order an appraisal, please select the "Order An Appraisal" link at the top of the page. If you're a current client simply login to the secure portion of our website and select the “Submit Order Request” navigation option to place your appraisal order.
If you do not have a secure login, please select the “New Client” navigation link. Then fill out and submit the form.
Q. Is Forsythe Appraisals, LLC an appraisal management company?
A. No, Forsythe Appraisals is the largest independent appraisal firm in the country. It is built on our unique branch model located in major metropolitan markets throughout the United States. Each branch has a branch manager and support staff to meet your customer service needs. Our appraisers are employees who only work for Forsythe Appraisals and are not sub-contractors.
Q. I’m a certified appraiser. How can I join the Forsythe team?
A. Forsythe Appraisals is always looking for top quality appraisers. We require a 2 or 4 year college degree, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Forsythe Appraisals offers a 401(k) savings plan, several health and dental insurance plans, W-2 employee status, bi-weekly pay and unparalleled training and support, with a nationally recognized chief appraiser and full support staff. Forsythe Appraisals also offers great opportunities for advancement, with 80% of our current branch managers having started out as staff appraisers. You will be part of a team whose mission is to set the industry standard for professional appraisals, integrity, and service to our customers.
