FORSYTHE APPRAISALS OPENS NEW BRANCH OFFICE IN MIAMI

Miami, Florida—January 2006

Forsythe Appraisals, LLC, one of the largest independent providers of residential real estate appraisals in the country, is pleased to announce the opening of their newest branch office located in Miami, Florida. The Miami branch office is Forsythe’s third office to be located in Florida and its twenty-sixth branch opening nationwide.

“One of the many things that intrigued us about entering this market was that housing starts for single-family homes in the Miami-Dade area were the highest in history last year and among the highest in the country. It’s definitely a strong indicator that the local market is very robust,” stated Tim Forsythe, Chief Executive Officer of Forsythe Appraisals.

Peter Krumm, a certified residential and FHA approved appraiser has been named as branch manager. “We’re very excited about this opportunity,” said Krumm. “Miami’s baby boomer demographic and unique blend of international and second home buyers should sustain market growth for quite some time.”

Headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, Forsythe Appraisals, LLC was founded in 1940 by the grandfather of the Company’s current CEO and President. Forsythe currently operates 37 branch offices nationwide, serving 20 states, including Minnesota, Colorado, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Washington, Arizona, Indiana, Connecticut and Florida. As part of Forsythe’s national expansion strategy, five additional branch office openings are slated for 2006.
